The historic Babcock Building was purchased in October of 2008 by Babcock LLC members Kim and Don Olsen, Kay Foster and Mike Mathew.  The two-story building covers one-quarter of a city block in the center of downtown Billings, Montana.   Built in 1907 it houses a 750 seat theater, 14 second story apartments, and main floor retail spaces.

The building has had only three owners in 107 years and has recently undergone extensive internal and external restoration.  The building has been accepted for placement on the National Register of Historic Places.

Once again the theater is a lively performing arts space, residents have filled the second floor, and a restored facade and storefronts have welcomed new retail tenants. Longtime tenants Montague's Jewelers and Rock Creek Roasters continue to offer excellent products and service!  Belle en Blanc, Billings premier bridal boutique, is located at 114 N. Broadway.  Renovation is now in progress at 116 N. Broadway for a late 2014 opening of Doc Harper's, a unique urban "martini bar".  Prohibition Clothiers is at 118 N. Broadway and specializes in tailored suits and other custom clothes for men.  In early November locally owned Montague's Jewelers will open it's second Babcock location in the restored arcade space at 120 N. Broadway.  Jimmy John's Sandwiches, occuping 122 N. Broadway, offers excellent freaky, fast service and downtown area delivery.
