The Babcock Building has 14 studio, one and two bedroom units on the second floor with elevator access.  Rents range from $425 to $800 per month and include gas, water and electricity.  A coin-op laundry is available on this floor and there is cable access.  A 6-month lease is required as well as a security deposit equal to one month's rent. An approved pet is allowed at an additional deposit and monthly fee.
